From a Facebook Post …
Today I turn 22. My road was paved at the Odyssey House where I was given the skills to be a woman with self-respect and another chance at life. Each year when this day rolls around, my heart is bursting with love and gratitude, and my eyes cry. I don't know that I would have made it that first year without being in a safe, nurturing, loving environment - one that was not easy by any means. I walked into that house a rebel and a broken woman; I moved out of it a changed woman. Thank you to everyone who helps keep the doors open!

Special Thanks
